Kylie Dillinger

Kylie Dillinger has three years of experience working across the Western US (Colorado and Utah) and US Southeast (Gulf States). She has worked in both field and lab settings as a part of cultural resources management projects and in academic research. Her field experiences cover all three phases of archaeological investigation and includes digital surveying and data capture methods such as ground penetrating radar and light detection and ranging (LiDAR) scanning. In her lab experience, Ms. Dillinger specialized in the digital documentation and preservation of cultural heritage artifacts through using photogrammetry, structured light scanning, and laser scanning. 

 

Ms. Dillinger’s role at TerraX is to act as a Project Archaeologist and a Geospatial Specialist. She received her B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Denver and her M.A. in History with a concentration in Digital Humanities & Public History from the University of South Florida. Her main area of interest is the use of digital technologies to assist in the recording and preservation of material cultural heritage.
