Laura Weingartner, an agronomist by education and training, has over 15 years of combined experience in environmental compliance, ad valorem land appraisal and valuation of agricultural, vacant, and earth and stone properties, field reclamation of oil and gas lands, plant identification and population studies, soil survey and mapping, research writing and planning, instructional applications in land judging, enviro-thons, soil physics, and physical geology labs.


Ms. Weingartner has extensive field and lab experience examining chemical, physical, and biological soil properties and has experience in lab production of synthetic geochemical minerals. Her agricultural research focus has included weed science chemical studies, sustainable cropping systems, comparable farm studies, soil texture analysis, and soil quality and organic matter management. She has worked in both private and government sectors and holds a B.S. in Plant Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an M.S. in Soil Science from Kansas State University-Manhattan. Ms. Weingartner is currently versatile as a Technical Report Writer and Field Scientist for TerraX.
