Austin Armstrong is an archaeologist and Laboratory Specialist for TerraXplorations, Inc. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Master of Arts in Cultural Heritage Studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, along with certifications in NEPA and Section 106 training from the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation. He has field and lab experience from cultural resource management projects and academic excavations across the Southeast involving historic and prehistoric sites, such as the ancient city of Moundville in Alabama.
Mr. Armstrong's current contributions to TerraX include the preparation and analysis of artifacts from ongoing projects, data management, report writing, incorporating new and revised laboratory methods, and curation assistance.
