David Dobbs

Architectural Historian

David Dobbs has experience includes conducting architectural surveys of historic residential, commercial, and military resources located throughout the southeast, northeast, and upper mid-western United States as well as Puerto Rico. Mr. Dobbs has been responsible for evaluating historic resources per NRHP criteria and per Section 106 and 110 standards. Mr. Dobbs has prepared multiple Phase I Cultural Resource Reports, Historic Narratives, Permanent Archival Record Documentation Reports, Assessment of Effect Reports, and Desktop Literature and Archival Review reports in accordance with professional standards and the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Architectural History. He has also conducted archival research by accessing public, state level, and special collection archival materials. In addition, Mr. Dobbs has served as an archaeological field technician when required.
